Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we will say the delivery date which is based on the availability of the item and the shipping options you have selected. All international buyers should contact us via email before completing your order. All international purchases will not be shipped until the customer approves the exact shipping cost. Also, please note that the shipping cost of many of the items we sell depends on the weight. The weight of such items can be found on the individual product page.

 

1. Shipping Dates

All orders placed before 12:00 pm will be shipped the following Monday and Thursday. Because we mainly use Australia Post as a courier, orders are usually received in the warehouse within 3-5 days of shipping and collection.

 

2. Claims for damaged Products on delivery

We use the highest quality packaging and do our best to ensure that your order is delivered safely. If the product is damaged during delivery, please visit Australia Post delivery issue page and follow their instructions.
