1. Why is my product delivered late?
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delay. While we are still fulfilling orders on time, due to the impact of COVID-19 and other circumstances carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via Australia Post and delays are mainly from them which are out of our controls. Occasionally the email might get sorted into different folders within your email, please check all folders including Spam in your email.
4. Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from our warehouses in Victoria, Australia to all around the world. We provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options for our customers.
5. How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. However, it might get extra time because of some special circumstances (e.g. COVID-19).
6. Can I exchange my order?
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our return address from our contact page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
7. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Yes, we do offer international shipping and accept credit cards from outside of the Australia. However, we do not ship several items such as perfume, air freshener and body deodorant this is due to Australian Customs regulations. Please contact us before putting an order.

In general, you may return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for an unused and unopened item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
